Live in Chicago but have family in Milwaukee so I'm in town a few times a year. City Lights has zero attitude. A real neighborhood feel. I enjoy my time there. It's not always packed - but on the weekends when I'm usually there - there is a good sized crowd. By: ChicagoBear58 on February 15, 2010
