This is PrideCityGuide’s (PrideCityGuide) Acceptable Use and Visitor Policy (AUP). This AUP applies to our customers and visitors to our site. It governs both your use of our site your interactions with us, our advertisers, and any comments you make using our user feedback features. You are bound by it whenever you use our site.

Our Site

Our site is designed to provide information, advertising and user feedback on travel and travel related services for the gay community. The site, and the advertising on it, is intended for a general audience. By visiting the site you acknowledge and agree that you do not find the content, or the subject matter offensive, and release us from such a claim.

When providing information to us, whether as part of our user feedback feature, or contacting us for other purposes, including to inform us of a violation our polices, you warrant that the information you have provided to us is accurate. We are not required to, and do not, respond to anonymous complaints or demands. This AUP contains provisions that set out the specific information you may be required to provide to us. It is your obligation to fulfill these requirements before asking us to take action.

Using our Site

Our site may be used for lawful purposes only. We do not review, edit, censor, or take responsibility for any information customers or visitors to our site may create.
